As a neighborhood restaurant, we take pride in our commitment to provide a clean, safe, and vibrant environment for our community.
Our Team members are following very closely the CDC protocol. Here are the guidelines for cleaning we always followed at TGFI and some extra steps we are taking right now:
We require immediate handwashing upon every employee’s arrival at the restaurant, and we are also mandating continued handwashing every 20 minutes (minimum). Policy already in place even before coronavirus*.
We provide hand sanitizer for guests at the host stand upon their arrival. Policy already in place even before coronavirus*
We are sanitizing all surfaces frequently, including door knobs/handles, bar tops, tables, seats, sinks, menus, phones, etc. Policy already in place even before coronavirus*
We are changing tablecloth, wiping down and placing new disposable paper-cover each guest turn.
We are providing enough spacing between tables.
Any employee exhibiting symptoms or not feeling well will not be at work at TGFI-DC.
